Hi, I have a samsung UE40C8000 LED TV. When trying to watch Doctor Who on BBC HD for the last 3 weeks Audio Description for the Blind appears to be enabled. Pressing the AD button on the remote just gives the message 'not available'. I cannot see a way to disable the audio descriptions for the blind and effectively it means I cannot watch the program in HD.
I have tried pressing the AD button on pretty much all the channels (where INFO suggests it is available) and I just get 'not available'. It has only been a couple of programs on HD that do this.
