The steps to set-up a conference call from inbound or transferred calls on a Mitel 5360 IP Phone using touchscreen only.

5 Steps total

Step 1: Leave one call not on hold or when first call comes in.

First call comes in. Make sure it is off hold before the following steps are performed.

Step 2: Call 2 begins ringing or is on hold - hit 'Conference' button

Call 2 comes in or is on hold.
Hit the 'Conference' button on the bottom Touch Screen Section.

Step 3: Hit Call 2 that is coming in or on hold

Hit Call 2 that is coming in or on hold to answer it/make it live.

Step 4: Hit 'CNF' button

Hit the 'CNF' button in the top Touch Screen Section.

Step 5: Hit 'CONNECT TO CNF' in the top Touch Screen Section.
