Hello. I received a free LG k20 from Metro about a year ago with a port in.Phone has been decent until I started having problems. Phone will randomly shut off, I keep losing all service (date,calls,messaging) numerous times a day. No one else in my household has that problem. The other LG k20 does not have this problem nor does the Samsung J7. They both have service when mine does not.

Anyway. I have no idea how upgrading with Metro works. Do I pay full price for a phone? Do I get a discount? Any chance I could get another free phone?
