1. Mar 28, 2010  This thing is a piece of junk! I bought it to replace the HP Officejet 4500 All-in-one that had broken after a year and a half. It started making a weird grinding noise and quit printing. I bought this one because I had JUST bought new ink for it and it was the only printer the ink cartridges fit!

Solved: Hi, Printer doesn't print black. I've replaced the cartriadge and even performed a cartriadge cleanup from the printer, but the printer - 5687641.
