1. Skyrim No Loading Screen Mods

Ive tried looking around but with no success. I even downloaded a few custom loading screen mods but Im still unsure how to make my own.

About this mod

I agree that a loading screen to enter the city cell wouldn't be a big deal if. It would have the same problem that open cities has, in that no mod. Skyrim crashes on loading screen (no loading order Problem) Ive played Skyrim for around a year now with around 40 mods installed, first from workshop but since a long time only from nexus. I hadn't played the game in a while and wanted to play it again.

!!!New concept of dungeon!!! A detailed, medium-sized dungeon directly located in Tamriel Worldspace. The dungeon develops beneath Whiterun. Inside there it won't rain and it will be pitch dark, dungeon ambient sounds replace exterior sounds. Complete a quest and become the owner of an incredibly dynamic hideout room!
